A fun experience while at the Eiffel Tower. It was pretty chilly outside so I was originally concerned about the temperature inside the temporary bubble dome the restaurant was in. Temperature was warm and comfortable.
If you make a reservation, it's a set menu, €44/p which also includes the lift ticket up. We ordered the mixed charcuterie board. Was more than enough for 2 people. It also came with a salad, a potato cheese thing, bread and wine! Oh and a dessert! We ordered a Moscow mule, knowing it would be extra, which we were fine with, but at the end the waiter refused to let us pay and said we didn't need to pay and that they hoped we enjoyed the stay.
Definitely worth it. -

On the second floor you'll temporarily find a bubble where you can have a small meal or just sit and have a coffee and a croissant. I highly recommend taking the opportunity while you're there, hot chocolate and coffee and croissants were good.

The service was not great. Waited very long to get a charcuterie board and people who were seated after me got served first. Would not come back again.
